This hotel was really centrally located and the staff members in the reception were available at all the time. The beds have been comfy and the other guests were typically respectful with each other so the atmosphere was ok.The air-con was on and off, but wasn´t a problem. Extremely wonderful hotel and great area. Surely will endorse this hotel!

Really awesome and perfectly clean spot. The placement is excellent, precisely what we were looking for. Beds were really nice. There wasn’t much about the social atmosphere nevertheless it is very good for a full night relaxation. I enjoyed my stay here enormously and will most likely come again for my following come to Pamporovo.

If you are visiting Pamporovo you have to reserve at Complex Kamelia. The hotel is renovated and the guest rooms are pretty clean. And the nice ambience helped us enjoy our stay, it was very nice.
